Deep down how do you really feel?
Are you really happy like you say you are?
Are you really feeling peace?
Have you really healed from the past trauma?
Sometimes we need to REALLY be honest with ourselves , we say we are good when someone ask us , we say we are happy when we get to go out and have a fun time, we say we are healed when we decide to take another step in a situation BUT ARE WE REALLY?
Deep down in your soul , how do you really feel?
You can only truly heal and be happy when you are honest with yourself so a solution can be found.

Yup, most the time i be ok, but when this covid 19 pandemic and how it robbing me of life cross my mind i get depress but then i chat with you or smart ppl like yourself and it take the depression away cause i get to laugh and my mind be on other stuff, sometimes simple convo can help a person to feel ok.✌🏾❤
