Understanding Disrespect

Majority of us believe disrespect is only calling someone out of their name, abusing etc

Disrespect is simply lack of respect or courtesy, respect is simply a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements.

Courtesy is the showing of politeness in one’s attitude and behavior toward others.

Therefore, we disrespect people without even realizing because of the definition we broke down and made ourselves believe.

Be careful with the way you speak to others, be sure to acknowledge other’s opinions and value their decisions.

Be careful how you say you’re being a friend, be sure to react as respectful as possible regardless of the situation.

I know this is hard we all have our ways and attitudes , it definitely takes time to change things we probably were doing almost our entire life but it is definitely possible.

Don’t look at it as you’re changing who you are , you are allowing your better version to come out. It’s called growth and maturity.

Blockage

One too many times we become our own blockage in life. Most times we aren’t aware that we are so I’m here to open your eyes a tad bit.

Holding grudges is one of the biggest blockages people hold, you see you don’t forgive for people you forgive for yourself. Forgiveness is the big baggage that lifts off of your shoulders, it’s a step to moving on.

The blame game is another big blockage people hold, refusing to accept responsibility to a situation no matter how major or minor it can be. When you mature enough to acknowledge certain mistakes and own up to your responsibilities that’s another baggage lifted off of your shoulders.

Maliciousness, this is a blockage that some people deny. Being malicious is simply doing anything that can hurt anyone and knowing you can hurt that person yet you do it anyway. There’s no excuse for why, this blockage can make you disappear for a very long time or forever. This blockage can cause you to lose a lot of opportunities and tarnish your image.

Belittling others is a blockage a lot of people suffer from. We laugh at others, call them names, pretend , befriend and lots more and don’t realize we are putting a huge obstacle in our way.

Giving too much is a blockage the nicest and strongest people have in their life. It’s ok to be genuine but never allow yourself to be walked over by selfish people. Know when & who to give to. Don’t give away your blessings and push yourself to restart every single time. Look at it this way, if you’re storing goods and continue to give away to everyone that comes crying won’t you have to restock those same goods ? Aren’t those goods costly? Instead of stocking goods and using the extra funds for something else you have to start all over again. Do you understand now what the blockage is?

This was just an eye opener, a blockage can be ANYTHING or ANYONE, be sure to keep yourself aware and stop blocking yourself from a GREAT FUTURE .

It’s a disease for some reason barely anyone pays attention to.

It’s a disease that’s not respected and taken as seriously as it should be taken by many.

Don’t you think it’s serious?

Maybe you don’t believe it’s major?

Maybe you should do some research if you think any of the above

You have chosen your warriors and the battle has begun.

You think you’ll win every round but I guarantee you’ve won none.

R.I.p to my dear Angel’s physical form but they’re still here walking with us in the Spirit & that I’m thankful for.

Solutions vs Complaints

We naturally complain when something doesn’t go the way we will like it to, we mumble, cry, go quiet, lose appetite, all of the negative emotions arise.

One thing we don’t stop to realise is, complaining never help us, it doesn’t help us feel better, it doesn’t help us find another solution.

My question now I’m so aware is why do we make complaining a part of our lives, let’s understand we will complain at some point within our lives as we are human however why make it such a habit or the first thing to do?

Solutions help us feel better, occupy our mind positively and definitely gives us another opportunity.

Finding a solution to a problem should be the first thing we do when something goes wrong, I like to believe everything happens for a reason.

Solutions should be the priority, a plan B should be there incase your Plan A goes wrong and even if you don’t have a Plan B , making one is your SOLUTION.

Solution is your way out

Complaint is your trap

Choose wisely.

Inspirational

One thing I always spoke into my life when I get started on a venture is that people will know me when I’m finished.

I always wanted to be inspirational, motivational and intriguing.

I always wanted to be remembered by my determination and POWER.

You don’t get two lives , you get one and multiple time to make things right as long as you’re alive.

No matter what you do, always know what GOAL you’ll like to accomplish even if you don’t get to accomplish every single one what’s that ONE GOAL that stands out?

If you are stuck by this question, here’s your homework to find your GOAL.

I am already living what I manifested and I’ll continue to manifest much greater things into my life.

Manifest everything you’ll love to have and focus on that but, you have to believe you’ll succeed or else you’re just pouring water into a glass with no bottom.

You don’t need to inspire the WORLD , just need to inspire ONE person and trust me you did a great deed.

Majority of us inspire people and we don’t know, keep up the great work, keep fighting you’re soon there.

Blessed

You know you are blessed when every obstacle placed in your way ends up being a stepping stone for you.

You know you are blessed when things don’t work out and then you realize you dodged a bullet.

You know you are blessed when opportunities you have been praying so hard for starts to unfold before you.

You know you are blessed because YOU ARE ALIVE & given another day to accomplish.

Let’s give thanks more , we don’t acknowledge how blessed we are enough

Take Care Of Yourself First

I took a long time to know this and then I took a while to acknowledge and work towards it.

I always tried to be that person there for everyone, I want to put everything down and help others. I was the type to say “I can handle it” like if others couldn’t without me.

I would put myself last in every situation even if I’m ill until I start to realise my soul is tired, I started to feel drained, depressed and just lost.

I had to swallow the hard pill and acknowledge that in order to keep going I can’t work off of a drained battery, I needed to take care of myself so I can help others.

I had to understand taking care of everyone isn’t my job, it’s ok to help but I couldn’t continuously put myself last unless I’ll always remain stuck, it was like I’m drowning myself to save someone from drowning.

I still struggle with it sometimes but I’m doing way better than before and I’m getting there.

Here’s your reminder for the day

You can’t pour from an empty cup, take care of yourself first.

Be Attentive To The Mind

The mind has a lot of power we refuse to acknowledge or pay close attention to.

The mind resides within the brain, have you not realized even when we have work to do but the mind isn’t rested we make way more mistakes even if we know what we are doing?

Be mindful , this term is used but not given enough credit as we say it but we don’t understand its potential.

I don’t see the term “ be mindful” as only referring to physical living I see it as keeping the mind healthy in general.

Ease your mind before bed, take breaks to give the mind a rest, don’t worry too much as the mind will feed off of that and you’ll only get what you allow the mind to eat.

Before bed I relax, I speak to myself and say to myself no work, no negative thoughts , just peace and positivity. It’s time to relax.

I find things to do to ease my mind and relax so when I do fall asleep I have a great night’s sleep and wake the morning ready to see what the day has for me.

If I don’t ease my mind before bed I usually wake exhausted, stressed, miserable, depressed , all of the stuff I don’t need and then I’m dragging myself along just to get the day started.

I said all of this to say regardless of if its bed time , family time , you time … the mind will react based on the energy left. Recharge , clear your thoughts when you don’t need to be thinking of them at the moment. If you’re with family , focus on the environment, the NOW. This helps tremendously and also allows you to maintain the power you are truly supposed to have over your BODY.

My reminder to you

Don’t neglect your mind, BE ATTENTIVE 🙂

Protecting Your Peace

Most of us speak highly about peace and try really hard to maintain.

I believe we need discipline, it’s ok to say I’ll stay at peace I want to be peaceful but then still the slightest thing can break that peace.

Discipline yourself to not react !

You see we live in a world of good and bad , we can’t run from negativity forever it’s all around us so create that discipline where you won’t allow it to affect you, matter of fact you’ll find some kind of solution to any issues instead of letting it break you in any way.

We are human we will get sad and angry at some point in our lives because that’s life.

However though , it’s our reaction that can make or break us.

Choose your reaction wisely , calm your mind and soul as this is where your inner peace resides.
